Ingredients for Sil Li Lehsan Chutney:

  • Onion paste 2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic 3-4
  • Ghee as require

Ingredients for Mutton Stew:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Garlic 9-10
  • Ginger 1
  • Onion 5-6 big
  • Crushed red chilli 3-4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 5-6 tbsp
  • Red chilli whole 15-20
  • cumin 1-2 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Coriander as required
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm

Ingredients for Fish N Chips:

  • Fish 500 gm
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 ts[
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley as required
  • Black pepper to taste
  • White Fizzy Drink 1 bottle
  • Potato 4
  • Oil for deep frying
