Ingredients for Tiger Cake:

  • White butter 200 gm
  • Caster sugar 200 gm
  • Flour  200 gm
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Milk  1/4 cup
  • Egg  4
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp

For Chocolate Icing:

  • Cocoa powder  1/2 cup
  • White butter  6 ounce
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream  1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  few drops

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Strain flour and baking powder.
  3. Add egg and strain flour i butter mixture and beat it.
  4. Put all eggs and flour like this.
  5. In end, add milk and vanilla essence and beat it.
  6. Now divide mixture into 2 parts. Put cocoa powder in part and beat it.
  7. Grease 8 inch round pan. Then put vanilla essence and chocolate mixture.
  8. Add all mixture like this and bake in oven at 180 degree C.
  9. For icing: Put butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder, cream and lemon juice in one bowl and melt on stove.
  10. Chill it and beat it .Put icing on cake and serve.

Ingredients for Chatpati Bake Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger  1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Hang yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Raw papaya 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili  1-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped and crushed coriander  1 tsp
  • Chopped and crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Garam masala  1 tsp
  • Fried onion  2 tbsp
  • Tandoori color  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all masala. Then skew them in skewers.
  2. Now bake on 180 degree C or heat 2 tbsp oil and fry it.
  3. When ready, serve hot.
