Ingredients for Carrot Cup Cake:

  • Egg  3 pieces
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Brown sugar 8 ounces
  • Self rising flour  1 tsp
  • Soda  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cinnamon  2 tsp
  • Walnut  1 cup
  • Carrot  250 gm
  • Ice cream sugar 1 cup
  • Paper cases  2 dozen

Method:

  1. Beat egg, oil and brown sugar. Then filter flour, salt, soda and cinnamon  powder and mix it.
  2. After that, beat with batter.
  3. Now add chopped walnuts and crushed carrot and mix it.
  4. Put paper cups on muffin tray and put 2 tbsp mixture.
  5. Bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
  6. Add walnut on top, sprinkle icing sugar and serve.

Ingredients for Lauki Kay Kabab:

  • Bottle gourd  1/2 kg
  • Gram lentil  250 gm
  • Onion  1 pieces
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger  1/2 tsp
  • Whole mix spices  1 tbsp
  • Whole red chili  8 to 10 pieces
  • Salt  to taste
  • Bread slices  2 pieces
  • Egg  1 pieces
  • Coriander  1/2 cup
  • Green chili  4 -6 pieces

Method:

  1. Soak gram lentil. Then put onion, ginger, garlic, whole mix spice, salt and bottle lauki and boil it until it is tendered well.
  2. When it is chilled, grind in chopper. Together add bread slices and egg.
  3. Now put finely chopped onion, green chilies and green coriander and make kebabs.
  4. Shallow fry in hot oil.

Ingredients for Paneer Ghobi Ka Paratha:

  • Plain flour 250 gm
  • Flour 250 gm
  • Paneer 200 gm
  • Cauliflower  250 gm
  • Ghee  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped cumin  1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Knead flour, salt and ghee.
  2. Separate flowers of cauliflower and blanch it lightly.
  3. Now put coriander, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and crushed red chili and mix it.
  4. Make portions of knead flour and roll it.
  5. Then spread cauliflower mixture and put grated paneer.
  6. In end, cover with another knead roti, shallow fry it and serve.
