Ingredients for Sarsaon Ka Saag:
Sarsaon ka saag 1 kg
Spinach 250 gm
Ginger 1 inch pieces
Garlic 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn plain flour 2tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Onion 1 pieces
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato 2 pieces
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Unsalted butter 4 ounces
Method:
Clean sarsaon k saag.
Also clean spinach and wash nicely.
Put sarsaon ka saag, spinach, ginger, salt and sugar in one pot boil it nicely.
Now cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hour or cook in pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes.
together mash it and add corn plain flour.
Heat oil in one pan, put cumin, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped tomato, coriander powder and chopped green chillies and roast masala.
In end, add sarsaon ka saag and spinach and roast it.
Serve with makai ki roti.
Ingredients for Makai Ki Roti:
Corn flour 250 gm
Wheat flour 125 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Put wheat flour and salt in corn flour and knead with lukewarm water.
Now make portions, roll roti and roast with some oil.
Makai ki roti is ready.
Ingredients for Colorful Vegetable Mold:
Lemon jelly 1 packet
Carrot 1 pieces
Capsicum 1 pieces
Cauliflower 250 gm
Green peas 250 gm
Coriander as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat 1 cup water, put jelly, remove from stove and put 1/2 cup water.
Now add salt, black pepper, vinegar, chili sauce and onion seeds and mix it.
Put vegetables in mold like decorating.
Spread jelly mixture on top and leave for set.
After that, take out from mold and serve.
