Ingredients for Chicken Sticks:
Chicken boneless 500 gm
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Curry powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Wooden skewers as required
Oil for frying
Method:
In a large bowl, add chicken boneless cubes, ginger paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, tamarind juice, salt, and curry powder mix well.
Marinate for 30-35 minutes in refrigerator.
Now add egg and bread crumbs in chicken.
Thread the chicken into wood sticks.
Heat oil in a large pan.
Add chicken sticks in the pan.
Fry until golden brown on each side.
Chicken sticks are ready to serve.
Ingredients for Mocaha Truffle Cookies:
Butter 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips 1 1/2 cup
Coffee 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Caster sugar 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Flour 2 cups
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
Melt butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Stir till smooth and add the coffee and let cool.
Stir in egg, brown sugar, caster sugar and vanilla essence.
Combine flour baking powder, cocoa and salt fold into the chocolate mixture along with the remaining chips and drop by teaspoon fulls 2 inch apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 9-11 minutes or until tops appear cracked.
Cool on wire racks.
Ingredients for Baked French Fries:
Potato 1 large
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped 1 tsp
Method:
Preheat oven to 230 degree C.
Cut potato into wedges.
Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together.
Coat potatoes with oil, spice mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven.
