Ingredients for Vegetable Roll:
Manda strips 1/2 packet
Capsicum half
Carrot half
Cabbage 1/4 pieces
Green chilies 2-3
Spring onion 1
Beaten egg half
Flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
First, cut capsicum, carrot, green chili and green onions into finely.
Now grease one pan with oil, put all chopped vegetables, soya sauce and oyster sauce and saute it.
Then also add salt and crushed red pepper, mix it nicely and remove from stove.
When vegetables are chilled, fill in manda strips, paste with half egg and 1 tbsp flour, make roll and fry in hot oil.
In end, serve with any chutney.
Ingredients for Spaghetti Cheese Cake:
Butter 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Milk 1/4 liter
Flour 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Egg 1
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Mozzarella cheese 50 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes boiled 2
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Method:
First, grease cake mold with butter nicely.
Then coat with bread crumbs nicely, keep in mind that the layer of bread crumb should be nice. Then keep it aside.
Now heat milk in one karahi pan. When milk becomes thick, add oregano, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper and remove from stove.
Now break spaghetti and boil in separate pan.
When it is boiled, take out from water and mix in white sauce.
Together add grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Now put in cake mold very carefully and spread bread crumbs on top.
Then bake in oven on 200 degree C for 12 to 15 minutes.
During this time, heat oil in separate karahi pan, add chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft.
Then put chopped tomato, tomato paste, tomato ketchup and salt and cook on low flame. After 12 to 15 minutes, take out mold from oven, put on platter and serve with tomato sauce.

Chicken 125 gm
Oil 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves as required
Mint leaves as required
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
