Ingredients for Fried Dhaga Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Fried onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chillies 4
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Black peppercorn 4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Frozen Salad Mold:

  • Peas (boiled) 1 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 2
  • Carrot (boiled) 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Pineapple 4
  • Cucumber 2
  • Fresh cream 2
  • Mayonnaise 1 bottle
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Chinyoti Steam Chicken:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Lemons 4
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
