Ingredients for Pasanday:

  • Chicken (pasanday) 750 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion powder 1/2 cup
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilli 5-6
  • Whole coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil/Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Nutmeg mace 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger for garnish
  • Mint for garnish
  • Green chilli for garnish

Ingredients for Shakar Qandi Ki Kheer:

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Jaggery 1-1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Almond Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Rice 3/4 cup
  • Sweet potato 2 cup
  • Kewra few drops
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Silver paper 1
