Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:

  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Water 2 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Rose water few drops
  • Ghee for frying
  • Biryani food color 1 pinch

Ingredients for Aloo Kibbay:

  • Potato 4
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 ts[p
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 1/3 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Baigan Ka Achari Salan:

  • Brinjal 6-7
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilli 2-3 tbsp
  • Dru ginger 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil as required
  • Peanuts 1/3 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar as required
  • Red chill powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric, Tamarind as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds 4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Mustard, Dry fenugreek & Onion seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch
  • Cumin 1-1/2 tsp
