Ingredients for Maghaz Methi Masala:

• Brain 4
• Onion 2-3
• Tomato 3-4
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• All spice powder 1/2 tsp
• Small fenugreek leaves 8 bunch
• Green chillies 5-6
• Coriander leaves 1 bunch
• Oil 1 bowl
• Salt to taste
  

Ingredients for Masoor Ki Khichdi:

• Masoor daal 500 gm
• Basmati rice 1 kg
• Cumin 1 tbsp
• Mix spices 1 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Garlic 5-6 cloves
• Ghee 3 tbsp
