Ingredients for Gajar Ka Zarda:

  • Carrot 1 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 125 gm
  • Cardamom 6
  • Almond 1/4 cup
  • Raisin 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio 1/4 cup
  • Crushed coconut 2 inch

Ingredients for Shakar Qandi Ki Chaat:

  • Sweet potato 1 kg
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander as required
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Bharey Huwe Kareley:

  • Bitter gourd 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tbsp

For Spice:

  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Crushed fennel seeds 1 tbsp

  • Mango dry powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sukha Matar:

  • Green peas 1 kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Mango fry powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
