GUR PAPDI
Ingredients for Gur Papri:
Wheat flour 200 gm
Edible gum 75 gm
Almonds sliced 1/2 cup
Pistachio sliced 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Ghee 200 gm
Jaggery 250 gm
Poppy seeds 4 tbsp
Grated coconut 3 tbsp
Method:
First pour ghee heat it and put edible gum for frying.
When it comes to boil, turn off the stove, remove it from stove and coat it.
Now pour the remaining ghee in the same pan, and fry the wheat flour for 10 minutes.
When it starts to smell, then add poppy seeds, chopped cardamom, almonds, pistachio and mix it.
Then remove it from stove, add chopped edible gum, mix it, cook it for 2 more minutes.
In the end put it in a greased pan and cut it into pieces then serve.
KASHMIRI CHAI
Ingredents for Kashmiri chaye:
Water 2 cups
Soda 1 liter
Fresh cream 2 cups
Green cardamom 4
Sliced almonds and pistachio as required
Sugar as required
Kashmiri tea leaves 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
Add salt, green coriander, in a water and boil it.
Now put the kashmiri tea leaves and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then add soda, cold water, cook it till it turns to redish colour.
Now filter the tea and pour fresh milk.
Along sugar, chopped almonds and pistachios to cook it more.
In the end cook it for 5 minutes and then serve.
SEMOLINA CAKE
Ingredients For Semolina Cake:
Semolina 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Method:
Pour oil and sugar, beat it nicely in a bowl.
Now put eggs one by one.
Then fold it in semolina, fresh cream.
Now place it in a preheated oven for baking it for 20 minutes.
After that make syrup, pour sugar and water to cook, until the sugar is saturated well.
Now cool it and pour it on hot cake.
CAPPUCCINO COFFEE
Ingredients for Cappuccino Coffee:
Sugar 4 tbsp
Instant coffee 2 tbsp
Hot water 1 tbsp
Hot water 1 cup
Hot milk 2 cups
Method:
Pour sugar, instant coffee, hot water beat it till it becomes soft and fluffy.
Now put beated form in a bowl and pour hot milk and garnish it with vapoured cream and coffee, then serve.
