KACHI HALDI KA HALWA


  • Ingredients of Kachi Haldi Ka Halwa:
  • Raw turmeric 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Desi ghee 1/2 kg
  • Coconut 1/2 kg
  • Fennel seeds 50 gm
  • Pistachio 100 gm
  • Almonds  100 gm
  • Cashew nuts  100 gm
  • Ground nuts 100 gm
  • Salvia plebeian 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee add ground, and cashew nuts for frying.
  2. After that add chopped turmeric for frying.
  3. Roast it till the smell starts to come. Then add coconut and sugar, cook it till the sugar is saturated.
  4. Now turn off the stove, add turmeric, pistachio, almonds, fennel, cashew nuts, ground nuts mix them all.
  5. In the end add salvia plebeian saute it and add it into gram flour.
  6. Take it out in a dish. Garnish it with Fry cashew nuts and salvia plebeian, then serve.
