CHICKEN PENNE PARMESAN CHEESE
Ingredients Chicken Penne Parmesan Cheese:
Chicken breast 2
Penne pasta 1/2 packet
Parmesan cheese 100 gm
Mozarella cheese 100 gm
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Capsicum chopped half
Carrot chopped 1 piece
Egg beaten 1
Onion chopped 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper ground 1/2 tsp
Method:
First boil the penee pasta and keep it on aside, Now open the chicken like a open book.
Put chopped onion, half green capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped parsley, mozarella cheese and then mix it.
Now add beated egg, salt and black pepper.
Now fill the chicken with its filling. and close it now, Cover it with aluminium foil, place it in steamer for 15 to 20 minutes for steaming.
Then take out the pieces and keep it on a side.
Then pour oil in a pan, add pasta, salt, black pepper, fresh cream, parmesan cheese and mix it, take it out in a platter.
Now take out the chicken from aluminium foil and cut the slices, serve it in platter.
MUTTON OKRA
Ingredients For Mutton Okra:
Mutton mince 1/2 kg
Small ladyfinger 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 2
Green chilies 3-4
Tomatoes chopped 3
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Oil for fry
Method:
First cut the ladyfinger into small pieces and deep fry it and keep it on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, mutton mince roast it till it colour changes and all water dries.
Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes, green coriander, cumin, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, roast it well.
In the end add fengreek seeds and fried ladyfinger, mix them all and then serve.
PINK LADY
Ingredients for Pink lady:
Banana 2-3
Peaches 2
Egg yolk 1
Mango juice 1 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Pink food colour few drops
Icing sugar 3 tbsp
Method:
First put mango juice, peaches, banana in blender.
Then add egg yolk, fresh cream, pink fruit colour, sugar syrup and blend it again.
In the end put ice and blend it, then serve.
