TANDOORI SPECIAL CHICKEN


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 2 onions
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  •  1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cloves powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of orange color
  • 2-3 green chilies

Method:

  1. Make the boneless pieces of chicken, add onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped red chili, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, salt, clove powder, leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Now grease the tray and spread the chicken pieces, add oil on it. Along pieces of  green chilies.
  3. Then place it in oven on 180 degree C and bake it for half hour, sprinkle the lemon and then serve.


CREAMY SPINACH POTATO


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg small potatoes
  • 1 kg spinach
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 2 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 50 grams butter
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 green chilies

Method:

  1. Boil the small potatoes and cut its uper skin.
  2. Now heat the oil, add cutted green chilies.
  3. Then add salt, chopped red chili, spinach cover and let it cook.
  4. When the spinach dries add potatoes, cream, yogurt, and cook it for 10 minutes.
  5. In the end take it out in a dish and put butter on it.

MUSTARD MASH POTATO


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
  • 1 green onion
  • 50 grams butter
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Method:

  1. Heat the butter and add mustard seeds, turn off the stove.
  2. Now put the boiled tomatoes, mash it nicely. add butter and mustard.
  3. Along black pepper, salt, green onion.
  4. In the end pour cream and mix it all and then serve.
