CHRISTMAS CAKE

Ingredients for Christmas Cake:

  • 250 grams butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 125 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 65 grams black raisins
  • 65 grams orange peel
  • 65 grams cherries
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spices  2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cream color  1/4 tsp
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 lemon

Method:

  1. Mix the raisins, black raisins, orange peel, cherry, almonds, mix spice, cream color, chopped lemon. Now cover it.
  2. Filter the flour and baking powder and keep it on a side.
  3. Then put the butter, sugar, beat it till it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Now beat it by pouring vanilla essence.
  5. Then put the egg and flour mixture and fold it.
  6. Then add the mixed fruits and then fold it.
  7. Now bake it in oven on 180 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes.


CHRISTMAS PLUM PUDDING

Ingredients For Christmas Plum Pudding:

  • 140 grams fat
  • 140 grams bread crumbs
  • 225 grams black raisins
  • 225 grams raisins
  • 190 grams orange peel
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 65 grams almonds
  • 65 grams apple
  • 65 grams carrot
  • 1 crushed lemon
  • 8 ml mixed spices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp cream color

Method:

  1. Put the black raisins, raisins, orange peel, almonds, apple, carrot, lemon crushed,
  2. fat, cream color mix it all and cover it.
  3. Now put egg, sugar beat it. and pour bread crumbs and cream color, vanilla essence then fold.
  4. Then add the mixed fruits and then fold.
  5. Now bake it on 180 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes.
