CHINESE VEGETABLES TRIYO SOUP
Ingredients For Chinese Vegetables Triyo Soup:
1 cup carrots
1 cup spinach
1 cup mushrooms
6 cups stock
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 green chili
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Cut the carrot, spinach, mushroom finely.
Now heat the oil, add garlic for frying. When it starts to smell then pour stock.
When the stock starts to boil then add chopped vegetables.
Then add corn flour in water, mix it well.
After that add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
In the end add beated egg. Then add chopped green chilies then serve.
CHINESE RICE WITH CREAMY VEGETABLE
Ingredients for Chinese Rice With Creamy Vegetable:
1 cup capsicum
1 cup carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup milk
1 cup spring onion
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cream
50 grams butter
2 tbsp oil
1/2 kg rice
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add butter in it.
Now add chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, add cauliflower, baby corns fry them all lightly.
Then add black pepper, salt, sugar, milk, cream.
After that add boiled rice, green onions, mix it simmer it all for 10 minutes and remove it from stove.
SESAME FISH FINGERS
Ingredients For Sesame Fish Fingers:
1/2 kg boneless fish finger cut
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp green chili paste
1 tsp crushed cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup corn flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying
1 egg
Method:
Put soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chilies, salt, chopped cumin, chopped garlic powder on boneless fish finger and keep it for half an hour.
Now coat the fish pieces with corn flour. Then put it in beated egg, in the end deep fry it in hot oil.
