CHICKEN SEMNI
Ingredients For Chickenn Semni
Chicken 1 kg
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Mix spices 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Cumin roasted 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add onions make it golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili. chopped coriander, salt, chicken for frying.
Then add water, cook it till the chicken tenders.
Now add yogurt, garlic paste, salt, chopped and crushed cumin, mix them all.
Then add chicken mix it well.
In the end add green coriander, chopped green chilies garnish it and then serve.
KARHAI KABAB MASALA
Ingredients For Kabab Masala:
Mince 1/2 kg
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Green chilies 4
Egg 1
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Onion 3 tbsp
Bread 1
Ginger garlic 1 1/2 tsp
White cumin 1/2 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Ingredients For Gravy:
Onion 2
Tomatoes 3
Capsicum 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Allspice 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
ANDAY KA HALWA
Ingredients For Anday Ka Halwa:
Eggs 6
Khoya 250 gm
Green cardamom 1 tsp
Ghee 200 gm
Sugar 300 gm
Yellow color 1/4 tsp
Kewra water 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Method:
Pour coconut in a pan, cook it until the coconut melts.
Now add chopped sugar, cook it for 5 minutes, until the sugar is saturated.
Then add ghee, stir is continuously.
After that add beated eggs, milk mixture cook it on low temperature.
In the end add kewra, yellow color, green cardamom cook it until the ghee starts to come up
