CREAMY BEEF PASTA
Ingredients For Creamy Beef Pasta:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Button mushrooms 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
Fresh cream 200 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Capsicum sliced 1
Pasta boiled 1/2 packet
Basil 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add packet of pasta and keep it on a side.
Now cut the beef undercut in julianne.
Heat the butter and pour oil in pan.
Then add ginger garlic paste, and cook it for 1 1/2 minute.
Now add beef and cook it for 2 minutes.
After that add basil, oregano cook it till its color changes to golden.
Then add capsicum, mushrooms, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, fruit vinegar and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now put the fresh cream, add boiled pasta and mix it well and then serve.
CHICKEN VALLEJO
Ingredients For Chicken Vallejo:
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion sliced 1
Green chilies 2
Tomatoes boiled 4
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 3
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Chicken breast sliced 2
Parsley 1/4 bunch
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Method:
First put the butter, oil heat it, add chopped onions.
When the onions becomes soft add crispy chilies, chicken slices and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add tomato, salt, chopped black pepper, tomato paste and cook it.
After 2 to 3 minutes add chopped parsley, chopped red chili, oregano, cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
When all the things becomes smooth, keep its temperature low, place the eggs on different places.
Then cover it, let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes so that eggs can be set.
After that remove its cover and add grated cheddar cheese, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, so that the cheese is melt.
Delicious chicken vallejo is ready.
BANGLORE FISH
Ingredients For Banglore Fish:
Pomfret sliced 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies 2-3
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Flour 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Almond ground 50 gm
Coriander leaves a little
Mint leaves chopped a little
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
First add fish slice, add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt for marination.
Now add chopped red chili, turmeric, egg, mix it nicely.
Then add flour, corn flour, pistachio, chopped coriander, chopped mint, chopped green chilies for marination.
Now add flour, coat the piece with flour and then fry.
Delicious Banghori fish is ready.
