RED HOT CHICKEN MASALA
Ingredients For Red Chicken Masala:
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Tomatoes 2
Peanuts 2 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 1/2 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Kashmiri red chilies 8
Onion 1
Method:
First keep the kashmiri red chilies and keep it for 2 hours.
Now grind it with big onion amke paste of it.
Then heat the oil, add onion, red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, fry it for 5 minutes.
Now put the blended tomatoes, chopped onion fry it well, until they become soft.
After that add chicken , salt, chopped coriander, garam masala, fry it for 5 minutes.
Now add water, cover it and let the chicken tender.
In the end add peanuts, cream , serve it hot with roti.
GUR WALAY CHAWAL
Ingredients For Gur Walay Chawal:
Gur 1/2 kg
Water 1 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Crushed green cardamom 1 tsp
Coconut 1/2 cup
Rice 1/2 kg
Ghee 1/2 cup
Black cardamom 1 tsp
Method:
Put the gur, water, milk cook it well, until the the gur is melt.
Now add chopped green cardamom, cook it till it the syrup becoms thick. Then keep it on a side.
Put the ghee in a pan add black cardamom fry it for 2 minutes and mix it in a ready syrup, cook it and boil it in another pan.
After that add parsley slice, add coconut, boiled rice, cook it on high temperature for 5 minute.
When the syrup is absorp well, then fold the cloth on pan and place cover on pan.
After that put some heavy object on pan simmer it for 30 minutes.
Delicious Gur walay Chawal is ready.
DUM AALO CHATNI WALAY
Ingredients For Dum Aalo Chatni Waly:
Ingredients For Green Chatni:
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Raw mango 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Green chilies 8
Ingredients For Gravy:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cashew nut 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Method:
Put the green coriander, mint, curry leaves, salt, sugar, green chili make green chatni
and keep it on place.
ow pour oil in a hot heat it, add cumin, onion paste fry it well.
Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it well.
After that add yogurt, cashew nut, chopped red chili, salt, fry it again, until the oil starts to comes up.
Now add water, green chatni fry it, add baby potatoes cook it. Until they are boiled.
Cover its top and make thick gravy.
In the end add chopped garam masala and take it out.
