PANEER TARKA
Ingredients For Paneer Tarka:
250 grams yellow lentils
250 grams cheese
1/2 bunch coriander
1 tsp mustard
250 grams tomatoes
1 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp salt
50 grams butter
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
6 green chilies
2-3 curry leaves
Method:
Wash the gram yellow lentils add salt, turmeric, tomato, curry leaves, chopped red chilies.
Along 2 glass water and keep its temperature low.
When the lentil is tendered then saute it.
Then add green chilies, chopped coriander.
After that add butter, heat the oil add grated cheese. When it turns to golden, then give tarka to lentil.
MALBARI PRAWNS
Ingredients For Malbari Prawns:
1 kg small prawns
250 gm yogurt
6 green chilies
1 cup raw mango
6 curry leaves
6 round chili
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp coconut powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup salt
1 cup onion paste
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan add green chilies, fennel, curry leaves.
When it starts to smell add chopped onions.
After that add chopped coriander, chopped turmeric, salt, chopped coconut, tomato, raw mango.
Then add small prawns roast it nicely.
Now pour yogurt and simmer it for 10 minutes, turn off the stove.
CHATPATI MACHLI
Ingredients For Chatpati Machli
1 kg surmai fish
20 grams yogurt
250 grams blended onions
2 tsp crushed cumin
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 small cardamoms
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup oil
50 grams green chilies
coriander few leaves
1/2 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Method:
Put the turmeric, lemon juice on surmai fish, leave it for half an hour.
Now heat the oil add chopped onions, chopped cumin, salt, chopped garam masala, ginger garlic paste.
Now add masala roast it nicely, add water, cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
After that add fish pieces and cook it for 10 minutes.
In the end turn off the stove and cut the green coriander.
