STEAM MARINATED BEEF WITH VEGETABLE


Ingredients For Steam beef With Vegetable:

  • Beef undercut  1/2 kg
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped  1
  • Green Chilies  3-4
  • Capsicum  1
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg  1/2 tsp
  • Worchestor sauce  2 tbsp
  • Aluminium foil  as required
  • Salt  to taste  
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Potato boiled  1
  • Carrot boiled  1
  • Cauliflower boiled  half
  • Peas boiled  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First open the beef undercut like a book.
  2. Then add soya sauce, worchestor sause, brown sugar.
  3. Along chopped coriander, ginger paste, chopped onion, oil and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add capsicum, chopped green chilies mix them all.
  5. Now add chopped garam masala, chopped nutmeg mace.
  6. Along salt, chopped black pepper mix it well.
  7. Now add marinated beef mix it well. Then fold it in aluminium foil place it in steamer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. During this fry the vegetables in oil and saute it, keep them on aside.
  9. Take out the beef after 20 to 25 minutes, keep the juice in separate bowl.
  10. Take out the beef from aluminium and spread it on platter, Spread the juice on platter, put the saute vegetables and then serve.


CHICKEN BEEN PEPPER


Ingredients For Chicken Been Pepper:

  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped  1
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Red beans  1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 50 gm
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce  2 tbsp
  • Chicken breast  2
  • Green capsicum  1
  • Red capsicum  1
  • Parsley chopped  1/4 bunch
  • Basil  1/2 tsp


Method:

  1. First pour butter in a pan, pour oil heat it.
  2. Now add chopped garlic, onion fry it till it turns to golden.
  3. Then add chicken slices fry it well, make it golden.
  4. Then add red bean, chopped green capsicum, red chili capsicum, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then add red chili powderm chopped sugar, chopped cumin, salt, chopped black pepper, basil, chopped parsley, chopped chili garlic sauce and grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Now add all ingredients cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, take it out and serve it with boil rice or parsley, then serve.


 

KALAY CHANAY MASALAY WALAY


Ingredients For Kalay Chanay Masalay Waly:

  • Black chickpeas  125 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Garlic  2-3 cloves
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Coriander and mint  as required
  • Cumin seeds  a little
  • Chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger roast it and mix the black chickpeas.
  2. Along chopped green coriander, mint, cumin, chopped red chili, salt, onion, tomatoes, tamarind pulp, cook and mix it nicely.
  3. In the end take it out in platter and garnish it with green coriander and green chilies, sprinkle lemon juice and then serve.
