MUSTARD CHICKEN WITH POPPY SEEDS


Ingredients For Mustard Chicken With Poppy Seeds:

  • Chicken breast  1/2 kg
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Pasta boiled 1/4 packet
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken breast  in 2 pieces.
  2. Now put butter, mustard paste, lemon juice, brown sugar, red chili powder, salt, chopped black pepper and marinate it.
  3. Now place it in oven prove dish for baking it on 190 Degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. When it turns to golden colour, take it out and paste the chickin sauce on pieces with spoon.
  5. Sprinkle the poppy seeds on its top, place it in oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. During this boil the pasta packet.
  7. Take out the dish after 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. Pour the sauce carefully in a pan, and put boiled pasta, mix the salt.
  9. Now put the pasta on plater and put the golden pieces and then serve.


SPAGHETTI ITALIANO


Ingredients For Spaghetti Italiano:

  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped  1
  • Garlic chopped  3-4 cloves
  • Carrot chopped  1
  • Celeaty stick chopped  1
  • Beef mince  300 gm
  • Tomatoes boiled  2
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Red grapes juice  1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Spaghetti boiled  1/2 packet
  • Parsley chopped  as required

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, chopped onions and cook it till the onion becomes soft.
  2. Now add chopped carrot, celery stick chopped, cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Then add mince cook it for 3 to 4 minutes, until the water is dries.
  4. Now add oregano, red grapes juice, tomato paste, boiled and chopped tomato cover it and leave it to simmer.
  5. Remove its cap for 10 to 15 minutes and add salt, black chili powder and mix it.
  6. Put the spaghetti packet on platter, put mince and sprinkle parsley then serve.


FISH IN GREEN SAUCE


Ingredients For Fish In Green Sauce:

  • Fish fillet  1/2 kg
  • Green tomatoes 3
  • Spring onion  2
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped  2-3
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the green tomato.
  2. Now put them it chopped. Along green chilies, chopped green coriander and chopped garlic, green chilies and mix it and chop.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan add tomato ketchup, cover it on low temperature and let it cook.
  4. Now add fish with lemon juice, salt for marination.
  5. Then pour oil in a pan fry fish in it from both sides, and take it out in a platter.
  6. Now remove the cover of tomato curry roast it and add red chili powder, black pepper.
  7. When the tomatoes water dries then pour the green sauce on fish and then serve.
