CHICKEN WITH GHOTALA MASALA


Ingredients For Chicken with Ghotala Masala:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Onion ground  1 cup
  • Tomatoes ground 1 cup  
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion chopped  1
  • Capsicum chopped  1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped ginger garlic paste, cumin, chopped red chili, salt, whole coriander mix it nicely and beat it.
  2. When all the masala is crushed add boneless chicken, let it cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Now beat the chicken in masala..
  4. In the end add chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, simmer it for 10 minutes and remove the stove.



MIX VEGETABLE WITH COCONUT SAUCE


Ingredients For Mix vegetable with  Coconut sauce:

  • Potatoes  2
  • Cauliflower  1
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Desicated coconut  1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp  1 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Carrot  2
  • Pumpkin  1/2 kg
  • Button red chilies 12
  • Stock 2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the potato, cauliflower, carrot, pumpkin into small pieces.
  2. Now add peas and stock, cook it on low temperature. When it is tendered turn off the stove.
  3. Then add chopped coconut, tamarind pulp, salt, whole red chili, cumin, garam masala in a chopper.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan add curry leaves. When it starts to smell then add  chopped masala roast it nicely.
  5. After that add stock, mix the vegetables, cook it for 10 minutes, let it cook for 10 minutes and turn off the stove.

BARI MIRCHON KA SALAN


Ingredients For Bari Mirchon Ka Salan:

  • German chilies  250 gm
  • Desicated coconut 4 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds  2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt   1/2 kg
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 cup
  • Onion ground  1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. First add fennel seeds, whole coriander, cumin roast it.
  2. Now add roasted masala tamarind pulp, chopped coconut, chopped red chili, turmeric,  salt mix it well.
  3. Then cut the german chilies from center fill the masala.
  4. After that pour oil in a pan add chopped onions for frying. When the onions are turned to redish add beated yogurt.
  5. When the water of yogurt is dry, fill the chilies and cover it for 10 minutes and turn off the stove.

  • Tried vegetables in coconut sauce. I used 1/2 kg cauliflower and 1/4 kg egg plants only. No potatoes. Recipe is very good and appetizing A nice way to eat veggies.Plz try it with confidence.
