Ingredients for Paithay Ki Mithai:

  • Pumpkin 1-1/2 kg
  • Khoya 750 gm
  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Clarified butter 250 gm
  • Green cardamom 10
  • Dry fruits as required

Ingredients for Chicken Claws Soup:

  • Chicken claws 1 kg
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Whole turmeric 50 gm
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Masala:

  • Black cumin 1 tbsp
  • Clove 2-3
  • Big cardamom as required
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks

Ingredients for Tawa Fish:

  • Whole fish 1
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish
