Ingredients for Apple & Cinnamon Milk Shake:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 glasses milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp cream

Ingredients for Fish Mayo Sanmbal:

  • 1/2 kg boneless fish
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour

For Sanmbal:

  • 1 tbsp chilli paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Coriander as required
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4tbso oil
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil

Ingredients for Yogurt Fried Chicken:

  • 1/2 kg chicken karahi piece
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
  • Oil for frying

For Coating:

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilli
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp salt
