Ingredients for Garlic & Herb Chicken:
Chicken breast 2
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red grapes juice 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Water 1/4 cup
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
First open chicken like a open book.
Now put cream cheese, brown sugar, thyme, oregano, salt, chopped black pepper, garlic paste in a bowl.
Then add chopped parsley. Fill the chicken with this mixture and fold it.
Now shallow fry with oil in a pan.
When it turns to golden colour add red grapes juice, water, cover and simmer it.
Remove its cover for 15 to 20 minutes, keep its flame high and dry its water.
In end, make the slices of chicken breast, place it on platter. Pour remaining sauce on boiled rice and serve.
Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti Olio:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
Chicken breast 2
Boiled spaghetti 1/2 packet
Green olives chopped 10-12
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Parmesan cheese 50 gm
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomato chopped 1
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and fry well until golden.
When it turns to golden, add chicken cook it well till it turns to golden.
Then add boiled spaghetti, chopped parsley, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped tomatoes, mix it well for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add fruit vinegar, green olives, fresh cream and mix it nicely.
In end, sprinkle parmesan cheese and serve.
Ingredients for Toasted Prawns Vegetable:
Onion 1
Green capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Ridge gourd 1
Carrot 1
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Jumbo prawns 1
Celery stick 1
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut onions, green capsicum, red chili powder, ridge gourd, leek, celery stick, carrot into stir pieces.
Then marinate it with salt, chopped black pepper, mustard paste, fruit vinegar, cream cheese.
Spread vegetables on oven tray keep the temperature on 200 degree C and roast it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Now put the prawns on grill pan sprinkled salt on it, pour 1 tbsp oil and grill it.
When the prawns are grilled nicely, take out tray from oven, pour vegetables and prawns and serve.
