Ingredients for Brazilian Mousse:

  • Eggs  2
  • Egg yolk  1
  • Caster sugar  3 ounces
  • Gelatin  2 tbsp
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream whipped  8 ounces
  • Crushed praline  1/2 cup

For Caramel:

  • Sugar  3 ounces
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tsp

Ingredients for Dahi Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Gram lentil  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Hunt curd  3 tbsp
  • Nutmeg  1/4 tsp
  • Mace  1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom  1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies  4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  4
  • Onion chopped  2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  2 tbsp

For Yogurt Mixture:

  • Thick curd whipped 2 cups
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin crushed  1/2 tsp
  • Black salt  pinch
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Sweet imli chutney  4 tbsp

Ingredients for Achari Mooli Ky Parathay:

  • Flour  2 cups
  • Wheat flour  1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Mooli white  250 gm
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Achari masala  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Onion  2 tbsp
