Masalaydar Lobia, Apple & Strawberry Layered Cream And Tikka Pulao by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients for Apple & Strawberry Layered Cream:

• Strawberry  1 packet
• Apples  3
• Corn flour  1 tbsp
• Water  1 cup
• Sugar powder  1/2 cup
• Fresh cream  2 packets
• Walnuts  1 cup
• Condensed milk  as required

Ingredients for Tikka Pulao:

• Chicken breast  3
• Yogurt  1 cup
• Rice  2 1/2 cups
• Chicken tikka masala  2 tbsp
• Lemons  3
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• White vinegar  1/2 cup

For Stock:

• Onion  1
• Garlic  1
• Fennel seeds  1 tsp
• Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
• Ginger  1 small piece
• All spice powder  as required
• Salt  to taste
• Water  4 cups

For Pulao:

• Chopped onion 3
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Small cardamom  4-5
• Salt to taste
• Black cumin  1 tsp
• Yogurt  1/2 cup
• Green chilies  4
• Oil  1 cup

Ingredients for Masalaydar Lobia:

• Red beans  2 cups
• Onion  1
• Lemons  2
• Whole red chilies  4
• Green chilies  5
• Chaat masala  as required
• Chopped mint leaves  1/2 bunch
• Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
• Chili sauce 1/2 cup
• Tamarind paste  1/2 cup
• Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
• Oil  2 tbsp
• Salt  to taste
