Ingredients for Ghota Saag:

  • Spinach 250 hm
  • Kulfa saag 250 gm
  • Fenugreek leaves as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2  tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Gur Walay Chawal:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Jaggery 750 gm
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Coconut, almonds, raisins 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2-3 tbsp

Ingredients for Badami Halwa:

  • Almond paste 1 cup
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Green cardamom 4-5
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Almonds to garnish
