Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich, Taj Kebab And Chicken Omelette by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich:

  • Chicken boneless  3 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • Onion  3
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise  4 tbsp
  • Cream cheese  2 tbsp
  • Fuchsia bread  1

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan add onions, worcester sauce, soya sauce, brown sugar, cook it for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
  2. Now add salt, black pepper, garlic paste, vinegar, worcester sauce, leave it for 30 minutes and grill it for 5 minutes, then take it out.
  3. Then put spinach cut it fine, add mayonnaise, cream cheese and mix the chicken pieces.
  4. After that cut the bread from center and spread the ready mixture on it.
  5. Put the other bread piece on it.
  6. Then cut it and serve.
Ingredients for Taj Kebabs:
  • Beef undercut  1/2 kg
  • Onion  3 medium
  • Potatoes  3
  • Tomatoes  3
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic  2 tsp
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix the vinegar, turmeric, ketchup, ginger garlic, salt, chopped red chili and yogurt in beef, leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour oil in a pan heat it, make layer of ready masala.
  3. Add the potatoes, onions and tomatoes cut in slice. Along water.
  4. In the end cover and heat it for 30 minutes, keeping low temperature.

Ingredients for Chicken Omelette:

  • Chicken breast  1
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Tomato  1
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1
  • Eggs beaten  3
  • Oil  1/4 cup

  • assalamu alaikum Shirin apa, i have seen many of your recipes and tried them as well,please tell me that can aluminium lid or small pateli be used for baking,since i have heard that aluminium can be used for baking but i want to confirm it. b'coz for different recipe icannot buy different dishes like pizza tray,loaf tray etc, please reply
