Ingredients for Masoor Mong Daal:

  • Masoor Lentil  1 cup
  • Mong lentil 1/2 tsp
  • Whole cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic  2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala  1 tsp
  • Green chilies  3-4
  • Green coriander 1/4 cup
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Ingredients for Spicy Fish Curry:

  • Fish  500 gram
  • Medium onion  1
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves  4-5
  • Tara Garam masala  1 tsp
  • Red chili paste  1 tbsp
  • Dry coriander  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tomatoes  2-3
  • Mustard oil  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Tamarind water 1/4 cup
  • Green coriander  1/4 cup

Ingredients for Butter Rice:

  • Rice  2 cups
  • Onion  2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon  2
  • Cloves  2-3
  • Butter  4 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tbsp
