Ingredients Club Sandwiches:
Cheese slices as required
Chicken boiled 1 1/2 cup
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Eggs as required
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Butter a little
Cucumber as required
Tomatoes as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Toast slices as required
Method:
Boil the chicken with garlic cloves, salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the boiled egg slices.
Butter the toasts.
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard paste.
Apple the mayonnaise mix on the slices.
Place sliced eggs on mayonnaise and mustard coated slices.
Now place buttered toast and put lettuce leaves on it.
Place a cheese slice on it.
Also place tomatoes and cucumber slices.
Now add chicken on it.
Cover with mayonnaise and mustard paste coated slice.
Slice in half and insert toothpick in it.
Serve with fries.
Ingredients For Sour Cream Fries:
French fries as required
Cream 1 cup
Lemon 1
Spring onions 2
Method:
Mix the lemon juice with cream and set aside.
Fold in the greens of spring onions and mix well.
Serve over french fries.
Ingredients for Mustard Mayo Fries:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt and black to taste
French fries as required
Method:
Mix all well and pour on top on French Fries and serve.
Ingredients For Dill Potato Salad:
Potato, boiled 1 large
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Dill 2 tbsp
Sugar a pinch
Black pepper a pinch
Method:
Mix the boiled and tiny cubed potato with mayonnaise, dill, sugar, and pepper and chill and serve.
