Ingredients for Tikka Boti Pizza:
For Dough:
Flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 20 gm
White butter 20 gm
Salt 10 gm
Sugar 10 gm
Water as required
For Pizza Sauce:
Tomato paste 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
For Topping:
Chicken breast 2
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Parsley 1/2 bunch
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Yogurt 125 gm
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
For Dough: Pour gram flour, yeast, white butter, salt, sugar mix it well in a bowl.Then pour water knead it make it soft.
Now put the dough in a bowl, cover it in plastic, and leave it to rise.
For Making Sauce: Pour oil in a pan, heat it, add garlic paste for frying.
Then add tomato paste, oregano, thyme, chopped red chili powder, salt.
Then add water cook it on high temperature.
When the sauce becomes thick remove it from stove.
For Topping: Pour oil in pan add ginger garlic for frying. Then add chicken breast cubes fry it nicely make them golden.
After that add yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt roast it well. When water becomes dry then remove it from stove.
Put the pizza dough in the greased pan pizza. Brush the sides of dough with oil.
Then spread the pizza sauce.
After that make the layer of chicken, Along chopped vegetables.
In the end spread the grated mozzarella cheese.
Now bake it up to 220 degree C in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Anarsa:
Rice flour 250 gm
Khoya 125 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Almonds chopped 20 gm
Pistachio 25 gm
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Water as required
Method:
First pour water and sugar, make syrup of it.
Now boil the syrup add rice flour, stir it continuously.
Then let it cook for 5 minutes, remove it from stove, cool it, make dough.
Now pour coconut, add cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped pistachio, make mixture of it.
Now make small portions of dough, sprinkle sesame seed, coconut mixture from top.
Then roll the anarsa from one side, then pour oil in pan, deep fry it.
