Ingredients for Caramel Tart:
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg
100 grams butter
Chilled milk as required
For Filling:
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
100 grams almonds/ peanuts walnuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp water
cream for garnishing
Method:
Pour butter, sugar, flour in a pan, mix it with hand.
Now mix the egg, make the dough and leave it for half hour.
Then grease the tray, roll out the bread, bake it on 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
Cool it when it becomes ready.
For filling add brow sugar in water and make syrup of it.
Now pour honey, vanilla essence, cream.
In end, pour almonds, peanuts, walnuts mix them all and fold.
In end, pour it on crust and cool it.
Ingredients for Bread & Chicken Crispy Dumplings:
200 grams chicken boneless
2 boiled potatoes
2 green chilies
4 bread crumbs
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp mustard paste
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp coriander
Oil for frying
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
Add red chili powder, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, mustard paste, water with small chicken pieces and cook it.
When it is tendered well, cool it and add green chilies, green coriander, boiled potatoes, cumin mix it well and make small balls.
After that add gram flour in water. pour flour and bread crumbs on balls and fry it.
Ingredients for Hari Methi Tamatar Ki Chutney:
4 boiled tomatoes
6 green chilies
10 garlic cloves
1 cup fenugreek leaves
1 cup tamarind juice
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp roasted cumin
Method:
Put all the ingredients above in blender and grind it well.
Hari methi tamatar ki chutney is ready.
