Ingredients for Arabian Mandi:

  • Chicken 1
  • Basmati rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Stock 1 jug
  • Carrots 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Almond pistachio to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Aluminum foil as required

Ingredients for Chicken Shawarma:

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • BBQ masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chilli pickle 1 cup
  • Pickled cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Pita bread 2-4
  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Salad leaves 3-4
  • Olives 1 cup
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp

Ingredients for Coffee Beans Kehwa:

  • Coffee beans 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water 3 cup
  • Sugar as required

Ingredients for Hummus Sauce:

  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Tahina Sauce:

  • White sesame seeds 1 cup
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
