Ingredients for Cocktail Pulao:

  • Mutton 300 gm
  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Mince 300 gm
  • French beans 200 gm
  • Carrot 200 hm
  • Finely chopped green chillies 10-12
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 2
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Basmati rice 1 kg

Ingredients for Dahi Shimla Mirch:

  • Capsicum 2
  • Green chillies 10
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed mustard 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
