Ingredients for Beef Nalli Nihari:

  • Beef bong 750 gm
  • Fennel seeds 3 tbsp
  • Black cumin 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 7-8
  • Dry ginger 3
  • Ghee/Oil 1-1/2 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Mutton paya 4
  • Mutton brain 2
  • Onion 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Garlic water 2 tsp
  • Plain flour as required

For Serving:

  • Naan 4
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemon 6
  • Green chilli 10-12
  • Fried onion 3

Ingredients for Sheermaal:

  • Yeast as required
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Gajar Ka Halwa:

  • Carrot 1 kg
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Walnuts 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 6-8
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Boiled eggs 5
  • Silver foil as required
