Ingredients for Strawberry Yogurt Delight:

  • Yogurt  1/2 kg
  • Strawberry Jelly  2 packets
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Fresh cream  2 packets
  • Strawberry  1 tin
  • Gelatin  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, put yogurt, strawberry jelly powder, condensed milk and fresh cream and beat it nicely.
  2. Now dissolve gelatin powder in water, cook it lightly and mix in yogurt.
  3. Place in fridge for one hour before serving.
  4. Decorate with strawberry at time of serving.

Ingredients for Chicken White Biryani:

  • Rice 1/2 cups
  • Chicken 1 or 14 pieces
  • Boiled Almonds  15
  • Green chilies  8
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Onions 3
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup

To boil rice:

  • Mint leaves  as required
  • Green chilies  3
  • All spice powder  as required
  • Salt  to taste
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pot, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and spread on paper, so that it becomes crispy.
  2. Now put chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste in this oil and dry chicken water.
  3. Then roast it lightly, put chopped cardamom, yogurt, chopped green chilies, black pepper and lemon juice and roast it.
  4. When oil is separate, then chicken is ready.
  5. Now boil rice. When it boils 2/4th, strain water.
  6. Now grease rice pot, make layer of half rice and put chicken.
  7. After that, make layer of remaining rice and put milk and lemon juice.
  8. When it simmer, steam comes up, biryani is ready.
  9. Put fried onions on top when dish out.

Ingredients for Mutton Pepper Roast:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 4
  • Black pepper  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. Make pasanday of mutton and shred it.
  2. Now paste yogurt, ginger garlic paste, white vinegar and lemon juice.
  3. Then spread on frying pan and dry its water.
  4. After that, put dry pasanday in one pot, put oil, black pepper, chopped green chilies and simmer it.
  5. In end, put lemon juice at the time of serving and serve with chips.
