Chicken and cheese crepes

Ingredients:

● flour 1-1/2 cup
● milk 1 cup
● egg 1
● salt to taste 
● oil as required
● butter 3 tbsp

For filling:

● chicken breast fillet 1/2 packet
●  pepperoni 1 packet 
● tomato 1
● capsicum 1
● onion 1
●mushroom 1 cup
● cheddar cheese 1 cup
● mozarella cheese 1 cup
● garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl , add flour , egg and butter.
  2.  Knead it with milk till the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter in the pan usong approximately 2tbsp for each crepe.
  5. Tip and rotate the pan to spread the batter as thinly as possible.
  6. When the crepe is ready add in the filling and serve.

 Filling:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add pepperoni slice,  mushroom,  capsicum, onion, and salt.
  4. Cook for a while then add tomatoes and take off from heat.
  5. Fill the crepes with cheese first then with chicken mixture.


Bologne benedict cut 

  Ingredients:

  • Bologne slice 1/2 packet
  • Cheese slice 1/2 packet
  • Half fried eggs 2 
  • Bun 2
  • Mayonnaise as required

Method:

  1. Slice the buns in 2 .
  2.  Toast both pieces .
  3. Spread mayonnaise and put cheese slice.
  4. Now put bologne slice , half fried egg and the other bolofne slice.
  5. Cover with the other bun slice and serve.
