Ingredients for Chilli Paneer:

  • Cottage cheese  200 grams
  • Spring onion  2-3
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Green capsicum  1
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  4 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Oil  for deep frying

Marinating cottage cheese:

  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Garlic ginger paste  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Egg  1

Ingredients for Brown Lentil Rice:

  • Boiled red lentil  1 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Basmati rice  2 cups
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Onion  1
  • Tara garam masala  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1
  • Lemon  2-3 slices
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Tomato  1

Ingredients for Punjabi Paneer Tandoori Tikka:

  • Cottage cheese 12 cubes
  • Bamboo skewers 4

Marination Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Orange food color  1 pinch
  • White sesame seed  2 tbsp
  • Gram flour  1/3 cup
  • Dry coriander   1 tbsp
  • Oil  for shallow frying
  • Lemon wedges  for garnishing
  • Cucumber slices for garnishing
  • Tomato slices  for garnishing
  • Onion rings  for garnishing
