Ingredients for Masala Leg Roast:

  • Mutton leg  1 kg
  • Raw papaya paste  1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger  2 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube in flour  1 tbsp
  • Curd  3 cups
  • White vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Lemon  4
  • Corn flour  1 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Salt  as required

Ingredients for Shola:

  • Mince  1 kg
  • Split black lentil  1/2 cup
  • Yellow lentil  1/2 cup
  • Gram lentil  1/2 cup
  • Rice (soaked)  2 tbsp
  • Wheat 1 cup
  • Dill chopped  3 bunches
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice
  • Cumin roasted 1tsp
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Onion  2
  • Baking soda  a pinch

For Bhagar:

  • Onion  3
  • Oil  1 1/2 cup

For Serving:

  • Ginger chopped  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  8
  • Mint leaves chopped  1 bunch
  • Lemon  6
  • All spice  as required
  • Cumin roasted  as required

Ingredients for Walnut Halwa:

  • Walnut chopped  2 cup
  • Sugar  2 cup
  • Khoya  1 cup
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Small cardamom  8
  • Roasted semolina  1/2 cup
  • Almonds pistachio  as required
