Ingredients for Paneer Bharay Parathay:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Chicken fillets 2
  • Green chillies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 2
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil/Clarified butter as required
  • Flour 2 cups
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema Matar:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Peas 2 cups
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Ingredients for Badam Doodh:

  • Fresh milk 1/2 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Sugar 1 tsp
