• Prawn 15-16
• Roll pati 18-20
• Thai red curry paste 1 tbsp
• Coriander 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Egg 1
• Garlic 2
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp

For Dip:

• Honey 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsp

• Rice 1/2 kg
• Egg 2
• Coriander 1/2 bunch
• Tomato ketchup 3/4 cup
• Garlic 2
• Chicken stock 1/2 cup
• Green pea 1 cup
• Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
• Fish sauce 1 tbsp
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Onion 1
• Turmeric as required
