Ingredients for Baked Fish In Banana Leaves:

  • Fish fillet  1/2 kg
  • Coconut milk  2 tbsp
  • Red curry paste  3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce  5
  • Lemon sauce 200 gm
  • Mix vegetables  4-6
  • Banana onion  1-2 sticks
  • Red chilies  2-3
  • Sugar  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Add coconut milk, red curry paste, sugar, fish sauce, lemon leaves and mix it nicely in a bowl.
  2. Now add fish fillet marinate it nicely, leave it for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Now set the banana skin on baking try, put lemon sauce on it.
  4. Then put the per-marinated fish on it, pour masala on it.
  5. Now make the packets, and close it with toothpick, bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or steam it.
  6. Now take out the fish packets from baking dish and put them on serving dish, then garnish it with red chili slices then serve.

Ingredients for Puck Thai:

For Chicken Balls:

  • Chicken balls  250 gm
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Bread crumbs  2 tbsp
  • Baking powder  1 pinch
  • Green onion  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

For Noodles:

  • Rice Noodles  1/2 packet
  • Carrots  1
  • Green chilies  8-10
  • Green beans  100 gm
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Crushed peanuts  1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce  4 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce  2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Green onion  1/2 cup
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green coriander  to garnish

Method:

  1. For making rice noodles: Pour oil in noodles boil it with water for 3 to 5 minutes, then take it out from water.
  2. When the noodle starts to cool, then take it out .
  3. For making chicken balls: Add chicken balls, chopped white pepper, egg, green chilies, bread crumbs, baking powder, green onions, salt in a blender and make paste of it.
  4. Now put the small balls in boiled water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Then take it out from water, keep it on aside.
  6. Chicken balls are ready.
  7. For making noodle balls: Pour hot oil, fry the onions.
  8. Then add carrot, green chilies, green beans, chopped green onion and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. Now add the chicken balls.
  10. After that add rice noodles mix them all.
  11. Now take it out in one serving dish.
  12. Then add peanuts, green coriander for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients for Thai Fish Pattie:

  • Fish fillets  300 gm
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green onion  2-3 sticks
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon leaf  1-2
  • Oregano  1 piece
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Salad leaves  to garnish

Method:

  1. Put the garlic paste, chopped white chili, chopped green onion,, chopped green chilies, soya sauce, chopped black pepper, lemon leaf, oregano, oil, salt with fish fillet in chopper and make paste of it.
  2. Now make kababs and steam it after frying.
  3. Then serve it with salad leaves.
