Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Strips With Egg Noodles:

• Chicken boneless  300 gm
• Egg noodles boiled  1 packet
• Cabbage  1 cup
• Ginger  1 piece
• Capsicum 1
• Spring onion 2
• Green chilies  2
• Garlic cloves  4
• Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce  1 tbsp
• Chili sauce  1 tbsp
• Vinegar  1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt  1/2 tsp
• Oil  3 tbsp

Ingredients for Chinese Chilli Garlic Chicken:

• 1 kg chicken
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp oil

For Garlic Sauce:

• 6 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp soya sauce
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 50 grams butter
• 10 green chilies
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
