Ingredients for Phool Chicken:
Chicken leg piece 1/2 kg
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 medium
Ginger chopped 1 medium piece
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Dry red chilies 3-4
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Black cardamom 2-3
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Tomatoes boiled 2-3
Green chilies 2-3 big
Almonds boiled 20 gm
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Cauliflower blanched 1
METHOD:
First heat the oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic fry them till they turns to golden.
Then add chicken legs, fry it till the golden color appears.
Along chopped cumin, cinnamon, black cardamom, cloves, salt.
Then add onions, red chilies, boil it till the onions becomes soft.
Then add red chilies, turmeric, boiled tomatoes mix it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add water cover it, let it cook.
Remove its cap for 6 to 8 minutes and add green coriander, green chilies, boiled almonds, boiled cauliflower blanched mix it well and then serve.
Ingredients for Potato Cheese Bite:
Potatoes 2
Gram flour 100 gm
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Cheese slices 4-5
Oil for fry
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a flour, flour ice, salt, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, chopped red chili in a bowl and water for making batter, keep it on a side.
Now cut the potatoes in slices and keep it on aside.
Then make 4 to 5 slices of cheese of the same size.
Now pour oil in a pan add potato slices and cheese slices.
Cover it with another piece.
Now dip it in hot oil for frying the sandwich in batter.
When all the pieces are fried then serve it with chutnry and ketchup and then serve it hot.
