Lobia Beef, Hi Tea Masala Fish And Kheeray Ki Chutney by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Lobia Beef:

  • Beef undercut  1/2 kg
  • White beans boiled  1 cup
  • Ginger chopped  1
  • Garlic chopped  4-5 cloves
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Onion  1 medium
  • Dry red chilies  2-3
  • Cinnamon  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  3-4
  • Coriander powder  2
  • Cumin powder  5-6
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add onion fry it until they become golden, then add ginger clove, beef undercut roast it till its color changes.
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes, dry red chilies, cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add cinnamon, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, turmeric, chopped red chili and roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Then add yogurt, water, cover and let it cook.
  5. Remove its cover after 15 to 20 minutes add tomato paste, lemon juice, green coriander, boiled white beans, heat it high and roast it.
  6. Delicious Lobia Beef is ready.

Ingredients for Hi Tea Fish Masala:

  • Fish fillet   1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Flour  1/2 cup
  • Egg  2
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Chili red pepper  1 tsp
  • Rice flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. Cut the fish fillet and marinate it with salt, lemon juice.
  2. Now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, green chilies, flour, rice flour, salt, chopped red chilies, crushed red chili mix it well.
  3. Then add beaten egg. Now sprinkle dry flour.
  4. Now dip the fish in masala batter, shallow fry it in hot oil.
  5. When the golden color appears from both sides serve it as hot.

Ingredients for Kheeray Ki Chutney:

  • Cucumber chopped 2
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Dry red chilies  3-4
  • Fresh coconut  50 gm
  • Water  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemon juice  1 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Raisin  25 gm
  • Tamarind paste  2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add cucumber pieces, then add take out their seeds and make some pieces.
  2. Pour oil in a pan, add cumin, chopped coriander,  dry red chilies, cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add chopped fresh coconut, raisins, roast it for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add chopped cucumber, lemon juice, sugar, tamarind paste, chopped onion, salt and roast it for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add water, mix it and cover.
  6. After 6 to 8 minutes remove its cover and heat it on high temperature, roast it and dry.
  7. In the end serve it with paratha.
