Ingredients for Anday Ka Halwa:
Eggs 8
Green cardamoms 8
Ghee/ oil 1 cup
Khoya 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 1/2 kg
Almonds pistachios as required
Silver foil as required
Yellow color a pinch
Method:
First put the coconut, sugar, sugar, chopped coriander, ghee or oil and yellow color mix it well.
Now put the ready mixture in a pan, and roast it on low temperature.
When the oil starts to separate, then roast it for 10 minutes.
After that grease the pan and spread the halwa.
In end, put boiled & chopped almonds, pistachios and paste silver paper.
Delicious anday ka halwa is ready.
Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Paratha Roll:
Chicken fillet 4
Garlic cloves 4
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil to taste
Lemons 2
For Paratha:
Flour 2 cups
White flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil/ clarified butter as required
For Tamarind Paste:
Tamarind paste 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For Tamarind Paste: Add tamarind thick paste, chopped red chili, chopped and roasted white cumin, asafoetida, salt and cook it lightly.
Add chicken fillets, garlic cloves, black pepper and boil it. When it is tendered then make small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan add boiled chicken, salt, chopped and roasted white cumin, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, mint, green coriander, chopped green chilies, roast them all nicely.
Now add flour, white flour, salt, oil and knead it well, make portions from it.
Then roll out the roti and brush oil on it, then make portion of flour and roll it again.
After that pour hot oil in a pan add steam it with the help of wooden spoon.
When it turns to golden color then take it out.
Pour lemon juice on chicken and place it on paratha.
Put the tamarind pate in center and make roll.
Ready all rolls in same way and serve hot.
Ingredients for Creamy Pasanday With Rice:
Chicken fillet 4
Rice 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemons 2
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh cream 1 packet
Green chilies 4
Chopped onion 2
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First add onions make them golden brown.
Boil the rice and add salt.
When the water remains to 2/4th then change the water, simmer it.
Now beat the chicken fillet add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and leave it for a while.
Then grease the wide frying pan and put the fillet with masala and dry its water.
When the water dries add fresh cream and chopped black pepper.
Now pour oil in a pan and stir fry the rice.
Then heat the fillet nicely.
After that take out hot rice in a dish and put the ready cream fillet and serve it by putting fried onions on it.
