Ingredients for Pav Bhaji:

  • Potato 2
  • Egg plant 2
  • Lemon 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Onion 1
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Tandoori color 1 pinch
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
  • Qasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli as required

For Pav:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp
